Release Requirements
Per Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) guidelines, the following are required for vehicle release.
01. Valid Identification
Government-issued photo ID (Driver's License, Passport, State ID, etc.) is mandatory.
02. Proof of Ownership
Title, registration card, or notarized power of attorney from the registered owner.
03. Payment of Fees
All towing and storage fees must be settled in full prior to the vehicle's release.
Acceptable Documents
- Original Certificate of Title
- Current Registration Card
- Notarized Bill of Sale
- Lease / Rental Agreement
Important Notes
We accept major electronic payment methods. Proof of insurance is not required for the release of a vehicle from a VSF in Texas.
